About Me

John Novak is an Artist living in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. His art includes Photographic Art, Wood Sculpture, Soapstone Sculpture and Wire Sculpture.

John has a passionate interest in the beauty of nature and the hidden beauty of everyday images. John’s artistic life which started in sculpting songbirds and waterfowl in wood has expanded to include Photographic Art, Soapstone Carving, Santa carving, Cottonwood Bark carving and Wire Sculpture.

John is a faculty member at the Dundas Valley School of Art where he teaches classes on soapstone carving, wood sculpture and wire sculpture.
